It just seems like one of those old fashioned things you'd see on TV that nobody does anymore. So does anyone still do it or is it just another dead tradition??

I LOVE CHRISTMAS CAROLING.

My old church did this every year, on a hay ride. We would stop by some designated houses.

It's really great. =)

Many people on my cul de sac do it. We only do it from Dec. 26 - Dec. 31. Many neighborhood kids are on school vacation. Some adults are on vacation. It works out well. We carol for about 45 minutes. Up and down the road once. Once during the afternoon and another time on a different day at night (around 7PM)

I've also gone caroling with my church choir. We visited a local nursing home.

I guess it's probably not as common as it was back in the day, but some people still do it. My cousin and I tried it a few years ago, but nobody wanted to listen to us:( This year, the person that I help with horseback riding lessons, some of her students, and my friends and I are going to go caroling(: I'm excited!

Christmas caroling? To be honest, I haven't really seen anyone in *my* neighborhood going door-to-door singing Christmas songs, so I'm sort of leaning towards "no" here.

no way people still do this

My kids often join up with other kids to go caroling to the members of my inlaws church group. They also visit nursing homes and do caroling there.

We've had family friends gather together to go caroling around neighborhoods.

It is still an active tradition where we live.
