Are there any malls that have a black Santa?

Have any of you ever been to a mall at Christmas time and seen an African American (or any other race, for that matter) Santa Clause? I have only ever seen white ones, but have always thought it would be kind of cool to see a Santa of a different race. I think it would be neat for kids to see a "different" Santa.

Eastland Mall in Harper Woods, Michigan. Also Northland Mall in Southfield Michigan. I don't know about this year, but I have seen them in the past.

The problem is that Santa has been portrayed in all stories as white, and malls want their Santas to look like the actual Santa.

Well I doubt it, because it would portray a Santa that kids have never seen before, and that would lead to them thinking that Santa could be anyone who dresses up like him, to more of the fact that Santa isn't anyone at all.

I don't know, I've never seen one. But I don't think it would be a good idea, just because kids visualize something different in their mind and that would lead them to a realization they should have made when they're older.

Heck yeah. They should have culturally diverse Santas. Asian santas, middle eastern santas, indian santas...
