THE CAPS LOCK IS STUCK ON MY MAC AND I CANT GET IT OFF. IVE TRIED TURNING IT OFF ON THE SYSTEM PREFERENCES AND THAT DIDNT HELP AT ALL. THE CAPS LOCK BUTTON IS NOT WORKING AT ALL. ANY SUGGESTION? THANKS IN ADVANCE

Take out the battery and unplug it. Then buy a can of liquid air turn the can upside down so it sprays mist. Now spray the stuck button while pushing up down...
If this does not help go on eBay and buy the replacement keyboard $20 or so and watch the you tube video on how to install it

The button is not stuck. Your computer has run out of smal letters and now has only large letters left.
You need to take your computer to the Apple Store and have them refill the "Small Letter Reservoir". You might also have them check your "Large Letter Reservoir" & "Smiley Reservoir" while you are there. Top them all off while there so you don't have to make another trip.
You only need to do this on Apple products. Windows & Android systems have self generators that produce their own letters.
