What do you like best about Christmas? What do you like least?

I love everything about it- the giving and receiving of gifts, but i think my favorite part is the way my home feels.



I love it when it gets dark and the whole room is lit by the light of the Christmas tree.

I love how my kitten loves to chew of the ribbons on packages below the tree.

I love the smell of cinnamon and pine floating through the air.

I love that we play Christmas music nonstop from November to January.

I love crackle of the fire on cold days.

I love that my favorite Christmas movies and shows from childhood are still played on TV.

I love the routine of opening stockings and anticipating the presents.

I love the friends and family that visit on and off again.

I love that my new home is the kind of place I grew up in- I'm proud that I have been able to create that same atmosphere for myself and my future children.



What do I like the least? Putting it all away!!!

The best thing about Christmas is spending time with the people you love or friends. The least part I like is everyone gets so stressed out on getting their kids the top of the line stuff and going broke. That is not what Christmas is all about, it's all about big business and who gets the most toys and who's mom and dad forked out more for the bigger gift, it's gotten out of hand.

In the Philippines, Christmas is always the celebration of Christ's birth and the feast is always celebrated by the gathering of families from here and abroad. It's like a family reunion.

I love the build up to it,all the beautifully decorated shops,running around in the cold trying to find the perfetc gift,the way my house looks with the tree ect,seeing all the family,in fact I can't really think of a down side to it at all

I like eating cakes in the holy name of christ and of course who can forget the christmas tree full of gifts.

I think I like getting together with family and friends, cooking (even like the cleaning up) and celebrating the birth of our Lord Jesus.



What I don't like is all the commercialism that seems to go with any holiday now. I don't get it, spend too many $$ on people you don't even like to spend time with just so you can brag that "you got them something"???



I am happy just getting together with my family and listening to holiday music and thanking God for our many blessings.

I LOVE CHRISTMAS. I HAVE LOTS OF PRESENTS FROM FRIEND AND FAMILY. ANOTHER THING IS THAT IT WAS WHEN JESUS CHRISH WAS BORN. HE WAS BORN OT THE 25 OF DECEMBER. ALSO THERE IS NO SCHOOL FOR A WEEK. THAT IS GREAT TO HAVE NO SCHOOL. SO I WONT HAVE TO GO TO SCHOOL. CHRISTMAS IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE HOLIDAYS.
