At his house for most of his life. The occasional holiday dinner with his nephew's family or the Cratchett family after the haunting, yes, but still mostly at his house.

Scrooge just eats once when he is at home and at the end he is happy and goes to eat with his nephew but it never says what he eats there!!!

the only real meal he had was a small bowl of gruel cooked on the fire in his bedroom. gruel is thick porridge by the way, he either ate it by the fire or took it to bed with him
