christmas present question...?

ok so ijust got this barbie idesign (dont make fun it sounded sooo cool)
anyway
i just got it this morning for christmas and now i am on the verge of tears becausei plugged it in and put in the cd andit wontload
the instructions say
if autoplay in not enabled click start then click run then type in
D:\install.exe

i triedbut it still wont work
i have no idea what to do!
plz someone help me i am trulysad! :(

I think you should go to the Start Button and then Computer (sort of like Control Panel; 'ya know?). When there, double click your CD-ROM drive. Then, put the CD in your CD drive and see what happens.



The other idea is to click Start/ All Programs/ Accessories/ Run. There type in D:\install.exe

Yea i went to amazon and it did look kind of cool ;D lol but im a little to old.



Try going to My computer, Then find it. IF it still doesn't work look at this.

Those are the minimum requirments for it to work. Ask your mom or dad. And then if it still doesn't work well maybe you could take it back and exchange it D: lets hope that doesn't happen! i truly feel sad for you!

Don't worry, I'm sad too. My new game won't work when I spent over 300 dollars in upgrades on my computer just to make it work.



Try clicking my computer and then click on the CD and see what happens. It will most likely work if you do that.

if you have a mac it might not work



look on the disc for where it says PC/MAC and if it only says PC then thats why

call the company, or return it for a new one.
